If you want to remove your user account from the WeBeHome solution including WeBeHome Control and WeBeHome Smart application, please login to your user account and select Help in the top left menu. In the message box, please write that you want your user account removed and/or if you want your installation and all its data removed. You need to be logged in so we know that you are you.

When a user account is removed, all personal user data like name, mail and phone number will be removed. Your events and IP-addresses related to your actions like login, change operation mode etc will be removed based on the storage time for the subscription for each location you have access to. For Premium subscription it is 93 days, Basic subscriptions 33 days and for other subscriptions 3 days.
